RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have 14 days full right of cancellation. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item is returned with a copy of the invoice and if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received. The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that reduces the item's sales value or if you cannot send/present an invoice.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back. In addition, you are responsible for compensation for the product and the shipment.

When you buy a painting from Gurskaya Art, you have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. This means that you can either exchange the item, get a discount on the price or get your money back, depending on the specific situation.
This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use, storage of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.
